Kim was wonderful. She came to our as is house to sell for an Estate death of a family member. We showed the house as she took pictures. Within a couple days we had bids and she took the time to go over them and added suggestions on which one to choose. The house closed in two weeks. I was amazed she's wonderful to work with.
